Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain the records of all financial transactions
  • Ensure the posting of all financial transactions in the customized software.
  • Prepare the financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
  • Ensure the auditing of accounts by the external audit firm.
  • Manage the funds, fees & subscriptions, returns, turnovers, cash and bank accounts.
  • Prepare annual budget and control the cost according to the budget.
  • To maintain the register for Fixed Assets.
  • To prepare the returns for VAT and Taxes.
  • To carry on other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by the management.
  • Assist Management in maintaining operations of the store.
  • Responsible for the overall Warehouse in the said premises.
  • Maintain and ensure the issuance of different items as per requisition
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) of the company.
  • Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in the ledger on time
  • Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation
  • Make overall distribution process easy and smooth.
  • Store to the product in a proper way.
  • Ensure Inventory control.
  • Keep attention in details about any issues related to the warehouse.
  • Keep documentation of highly confidential data/report.
  • Maintain computerized and necessary documented information for all transformation.
  • Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • MBA in Accounting/ Finance with good academic record from any recognized Public/Private University will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, Furniture Manufacturer, Multinational Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 28 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Preferable home district of the incumbent is Khulna, Satkhira, Jashore, Bagerhat.
  • Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Smart in situation handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in English & Bengali.
