Job Responsibilities

• Company will take up Project to construct some Industrial and office building in Khulna. Supervision of Civil works of the project to be done.
• Supervision of Civil works of various project/ Factories such as piling works, Construction works and Machine installation works.
• Co-coordinating with the procurement team for timely receipt of material at site.
• Coordinating/monitoring with project planning and engineering team during construction phase.
• Supervision of works being done by various contractors who will undertake aforesaid work at site for timely completion of work and within the approved quality standards.
• Checking suppliers’/ Contractors’ bill and give recommendation for payment.
• Maintaining safety norms and other statutory provisions of all side during construction phase.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Training/Trade Course: Auto Cad
• Skills Required: Civil

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements

• Age 27 to 35 years
