• Attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
• Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
• Handling grievances with proper manner, procedure & counseling.
• Responsible to maintain healthy & safe workplace & employee welfare program in relating with Labor Law, Labor Rules & BEPZA Law.
• Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance, reduce absenteeism;
• Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company;
• Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management;
• Carrying out Workers' orientation program;
• Carrying out different awareness programs as per requirements of Management & relevant authority;
• Maintaining all kind of registers;
• Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law;
• Sound knowledge of Labor Law, Labor Rules & BEPZA Law;
• Ensuring different documentations related to Admin, HR & Compliance;
• Any other duties, as assigned by the Management;

Educational Requirements

• Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR
• MBA Major in HRM with good academic record from any recognized Public/Private University. Candidate with PGD in HRM will be carried an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Factory HR Administration, Training & Development, HRIS/ HR Database Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Furniture Manufacturer

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 30 years
• Only females are allowed to apply
• Preferable home district of the incumbent is Khulna, Satkhira, Jashore, Bagerhat.
• Pleasing personality, ability to deal with a positive attitude.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Smart in situation handling.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in English & Bengali.
