• Responsible for franchise outlet establishment and expansion in the assigned territory
• Establish franchise outlets by successfully handling the overall process starting from planning to outlet launching programs
• Ensure brand visibility and product availability in franchise outlets to achieve customer satisfaction
• Achieve maximum number of outlet opening against targets set by supervisor
• Find out under-performing outlets and act promptly to increase sales
• Deal carefully with customer complaints and ensure customer retention by taking corrective action plans

• Bachelors in any discipline from reputed university, preferably in Marketing/ Management

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 3-4 years, preferably in a national/ multinational fast-food/franchise chain
