• Job Location: Kutupalong, Cox`s Bazar / Khulna

Job Responsibilities

• Improve the network KPI by data analysis, signaling tracing, parameter configuration, interference locating
• Conduct the technical site survey
• Analyze drive test log, identify the problem and recommend the physical change or logical parameter tuning
• Identifies and solves non-standard technical problems related to Optimize radio network

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, ETE, ECE, CSE, CIS

Experience Requirements

• At most 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Telecommunication Engineer
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  ISP, Radio
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Familiar with the fundamentals of MW, WiFi, WiMAX and LTE systems
• Ability to understand complex technical situations and the ability to solve the problem or solicit the required resources
• Ready to travel different district locations of the country as an when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours
• Must have knowledge of RF Tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
